OCDfeat Membership
What is OCDfeat?
OCDfeat is a web-based software application that helps people with OCD better track and manage the disorder outside the clinic. As a company, we were founded based on lived experience and the belief that paper-based tracking is neither engaging nor effective. Find current features on our home page. We are just getting started! As an early user, your feedback will help us improve our solutions and bring new features to life.
Is OCDfeat available as a mobile app?
OCDfeat is a web-based application that can be used on a mobile device (phone or tablet) via a web browser. Be on the lookout for a mobile app in the future.
What is an OCDfeat membership?
OCDfeat is a monthly or annual subscription service. Included in all OCDfeat memberships:
- Compulsion Tracker – Track resists, submits, and competing responses associated with an unlimited number of compulsions
- ERP Homework Tracker – Digitize your ERP treatment plan as provided by your therapist and track progress against exercises, including anxiety levels
- Compulsion Response Analytics – View a weekly trend of submits, resists, and competing responses for each compulsion
- GAD-7 Anxiety Survey – Complete a GAD-7 anxiety survey anytime and anywhere
- Dashboard – View metrics associated with logged compulsion responses and GAD-7 anxiety scores
How much does OCDfeat cost?
Subscription splans are $71.88 USD per year or $9.99 USD per month. Each subscription is less than the cost of one-hour of therapy!
Can I try OCDfeat for free before I join?
Unfortunately, we do not have a free trial available for OCDfeat. We encourage you to select the monthy subscription as you can cancel at any time. If you are interested in experiencing its incredible features, you can easily book a brief demo.
If I live outside the United States, can I use OCDfeat?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer OCDfeat to non-US residents at this time, but plan to do so shortly. In the meantime, please register your interest here so that we can let you know when we will be available in your location.
How many users can one OCDfeat membership support?
OCDfeat currently supports one user type. We plan to expand functionality so more than one user can be associated with an account. Members will be notified when this feature becomes available.
Can I purchase OCDfeat as a gift to give to a friend or a loved one?
Thank you so much for your interest in gifting OCDfeat! We are currently exploring ways to gift annual subscriptions in a private and secure manner. Please contact us at hello@ocdfeat.com for more information.
Setting up OCDfeat
How do I set up OCDfeat?
Once you become a member, you will receive a set of six starter emails that describe each feature and how to use them, beginning with setting up your Profile.
What is the best way to get started with OCDfeat?
The easiest way to begin utilizing OCDfeat features is to create your account on a desktop. While getting started on mobile is possible, it is a much better experience using a desktop computer.
Account & Billing
How do I update my billing information?
Navigate to the Profile page and select “Manage Subscription” in the upper left hand corner. Under Payment Details, click “New Payment Method. Enter the information and click “Update Subscription.”
I tried to reset my password and never received the password reset email?
Please check your promotions folder in Gmail or your spam folder for the verification email. If it is not there, you can contact us at support@ocdfeat.com for assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept Visa and Mastercard at this time. In the future, we may add Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.
Cancellations
How do I cancel my membership?
Navigate to the Profile page and select “Manage Subscription” in the upper left hand corner. Click “View” under “You have a current subscription” and then click “Cancel Subscription.” Having trouble? Reach out to support@ocdfeat.com for assistance.
What is your refund policy?
Memberships are billed monthly or annually and are not refundable. You can cancel your annual or monthly membership at any time. Once canceled, you will have access to OCDfeat until the end of your current billing period at which point you will no longer be charged a subscription fee. To find out when your subscription ends, navigate to the Profile page and select “Manage Subscription” in the upper left hand corner. Click “View” under “You have a current subscription.” Your “Period End Date” will be the last day you have access to your OCDfeat account.
